This 8 week, 60 – 75 minutes Cross Core Fitness training class focuses on challenging your body in ways that it has probably never experienced, and the results will leave you feeling stronger and more empowered than ever before! Whether you're looking to prevent injury, prepare for a local obstacle race, or just add some variety to your workouts, this could be the program for you.
We developed this program to engage all of your muscles and we will employ a variety of targeted drills and exercises including: calisthenics, body weight drills, running, stretching and circuit training. Whether you consider yourself a runner, a swimmer, a tennis player, or weekend warrior, this program will enhance your performance. This program will definitely leave you feeling stronger and more empowered than when you began.
Each workout will be a solid 60 – 75 minutes of quaity, intense movement so that regardless of your schedule or how busy you are, there really is time to workout.
When/Where: Tuesdays@6:45pm – 7:45pm September 26th thru November 14th in Central Park near the West 72nd St entrance. Bag Watch & changing roms are available at our West 72nd Street store.

Coach Adam first started leading our training programs back in 2009. A highly experience runner, triahtlete and cross fit trainer, Adam loves sharing his passion for movement and competitive sports with others. When not leading fitness programs Adam is a NYC firefighter.
