This 8 week series offers 60 minutes of Cross Functional Circuit Training focusing on challenging your body in a myriad of ways by working smarter not harder, away from your comfort zone utilizing the body in ways you may have never experienced, and the results will leave you feeling stronger and more empowered than ever before!
Whether you're looking to prevent injury, prepare for a local obstacle race, or just add some variety to your workouts, this could be the program for you. This multi-level program focuses on strength, stamina, flexibility and equanimity .
Each workout will be approximately 60 minutes.
When/Where: Saturdays@6:45pm starting March 3rd thru April 21st (8 – weeks). Workouts will take place in Central Park and participants will have access to JackRabbit's Columbus Circle store to change into your workout gear and store your belongings during class.
