We are re-opening some of our stores across the country and here is what we are doing to keep our customers, employees, and community safe.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, JackRabbit will be following guidelines specific to State and County/Local mandates.

safety precautions
Plexiglass guards will be installed and hung at all registers.

Employees are to wear a mask, Buff, scarf, or similar face covering while working.

There will be no hydration or nutrition samples allowed in the store until further notice.

cleaning and sanitizing
All stores will be supplied with gloves, masks, sanitizers, and disinfectant sprays to ensure a safe and thorough disinfectant process.

Cleaning of the store shall occur throughout the day and at closing.

After a completed transaction at the cash register area, we will wipe down the pin pad and counter.

social distancing
Store preparation prior to reopening will include separation of seating areas and benches to be at least six feet apart.

We will create larger aisles to walk through so our customers have plenty of room to socially distance while navigating the store.

Floor will be marked with blue tape to create spacing of six feet for the register area, seating areas, and footwear wall.

Each store will follow state/county/locally mandated occupancy guidelines.

Employees will observe social distancing when working with customers or interacting with fellow employees.

We will continue to offer community events virtually, but not in the store.

contactless curbside pickup

If you prefer a contactless option, we are offering curbside pickup in most locations. You can either place an order on for in-store pickup, or call your local store to arrange a sale and pickup over the phone.

How to Place a Pickup Order Online

1. Find your product on our website, and then select your local store.

View the screenshot below to see where on the page you can find the available stores near you. Click one and move on the next step. If stores do not appear, then your item is unfortunately not eligible for an online in-store pickup.


2. Build your cart for pickup within Locally.

Once you select your store, a popup like one in the screenshot below should appear. Each store has it’s own unique inventory, so you will have to re-search within the popup for the product you were looking for.


3. Checkout within Locally.

NOTE: This is a separate checkout process than the normal online checkout for

Enter your billing and payment method information, and checkout to complete your order.

We will send you an email to the address you provided in checkout when your order is available for pickup. A screenshot of the Locally checkout is below.


4. Arrange your pickup.

After you’ve received your email confirming your order is ready, call your store when you have arrived for a curbside order and an associate will bring your package to your vehicle.
