We are proud to support a community of running, cycling, and triathletes at our stores and races and other events in the New York City region and beyond. Come be a part of the group runs, training groups, and other events we put on in our stores!
Join us each Tuesday at 7:00 from our Union Square store. We’ll explore a different part of Manhattan each week (so a new route each time to keep things fresh) and enjoy post run refreshments at different spots across the city. The pace is conversational, distance is typically between 3 and 5 miles, and the people are awesome!
Runner Boot Camp Classes– The benefits of running speaks for itself, but don’t forget about whole body fitness either. Improve your functional strength an join us for an hour of boot camp for runners, with burpees, squats, push ups, and even a few miles. All abilities welcome, Saturday mornings from 9:15-10:15 AM.
Yoga For Athletes– Join us Thursday nights from 7:00-8:00 for a class that focuses on improving flexibility and core strength. Athlete focused, meaning each session focuses on a different group of muscles to improve your overall fitness.
