Our twice weekly meetings start with very gentle group workouts combining walking and running. Your body is given ample time to adapt to running over the entire eight week period. There are never any stopwatches or timing, just a supportive and safe environment as we build to the goal of running 3.1 miles continuously.

In addition to our twice weekly group workouts, we will also provide you with suggested in-between class homework via our online Training Blog, so in essence we are there for you with support & structure every day of the 10-weeks. This is ideal for folks that need to miss class due to existing commitments, allowing you to follow along and keep up with the class.

ALL of our classes are held outdoors and we run in the rain, snow, and whatever temperature mother nature throws our way, and we promise to make it fun!

Special Store Discount Event:  All program participants will have access to a special program only in-store discount shopping event.

When/Where:  This class meets Tuesdays@6:45pm and Saturdays@8:30am at our Time Warner Center location in Columbus starting Tuesday, March 27th thru Saturday, June 2nd and all workouts will take place in Central Park.
